  • Minimum required qualification to perform this role is a Masters degree in Accounting, Public
  • Administration, Business Administration or Business Management, or Public Finance, or Human Resource Management, or Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in senior executive management level or 10 years in middle-level management position relating to corporate services management.
  • Membership of a professional accounting body such as a CPA is an added advantage.
  • Vast experience in financial management, budgeting and administration management.

Payroll & Benefits Officer
Grade NR 8 – NR 9

  • Minimum of Diploma level qualification in Accounting/Business Studies or related field of study.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in payroll administration with sound working knowledge of medical insurance schemes and workers' compensation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs, especially Excel Spreadsheet, Accounting Systems (MYOB), and PNG Salary and Wages Tax (SWT) Laws or other relevant Payroll systems.
  • Understanding of Tax & Super-saving calculations at the end of each month, Public Finance and Accounting Procedures, and Payroll Audits.
