The Papua New Guinea National Research Institute (PNG NRI) is delighted to invite the Media to the launching of the two research reports conducted under the PNG NRI’s Bougainville Referendum Research Project.

The research report highlights outcomes of the Bougainville Referendum and the Issues that are likely to emerge post referendum. The report provides useful insights on what the authorities could or might want to consider and prepare for in implementation of the Referendum results.

The research was under undertaken by PNG NRI commissioned researchers, Professor Christine Bell, a professor of Constitutional Law from the University of Edinburg and Dr Robbie McVeigh, a sociologist and Senior Researcher with An Dúchań, a research and consultancy partnership based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The launch is scheduled for Wednesday 12th of December 2018 at the PNG NRI Coffee Shop from 10:00 am -12:00 noon.
