The Papua New Guinea National Research Institute (PNG NRI) is delighted to invite the Media to cover a courtesy visit of the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea, Hon. James Marape to the PNG National Research Institute tomorrow.

This will be the first time for a sitting prime minister to pay a courtesy visit to the institute. The PM is expected to take a tour of the campus and address the PNG NRI staff and invited guests. Visits to PNG NRI by previous PMs were mostly on invitation to attend or officiate in an event.

PNG NRI is honoured and privileged to host the visit of Prime Minister Marape and his delegation.

The event will also include officers from the National Economic and Fiscal Commission (NEFC).

The visit is scheduled for: Wednesday 21st August 2019 | PNG NRI Coffee Shop |11:30am – 02:00pm.
