Dr Lindsay P Kutan is a Senior Research Fellow and Program Leader for Sustainable Land Development Program (SLDP) at Papua New Guinea National Research Institute (PNG NRI).
He received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics and Management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). At PNG NRI, he is engaged in research projects on land developments that promotes sustainable and broad-based economic growth.
Currently, his research focus is on housing policy and that includes issues on affordability, quality and accessibility. Furthermore, he has research interests in agricultural economics.
